Yoga gear with weights

Try Our New Bells and Bands Class

In this class we will be using dumbbells, Buti bands, yoga straps, and blocks. This class will focus on strength and conditioning using functional movements  weights and bands to help you burn fat and take your fitness to the next level. There are countless benefits to weight and resistance training like increased insulin sensitivity and bone density. Building muscle is truly the key to longevity! We hope to see you in class soon!

Somatic Movement 

Mason will be doing one on one Somatic work with but availability is very limited. Her somatic work is focused on moving trauma out of the body to live a fully expressed life. This work will bring coherence to the body mind and soul.   If you are interested in moving past blocks or are just curious about what the work is and how it can help you, please reach out via email!

Join Gabrielle for a Free Community Dance Class

Gabrielle will be teaching another dance class Saturday March 1st at 6pm. This class filled up last time so book asap! This will be a $25 class and we encourage you to bring your girlfriends and have a girls night! The choreography will be fun and sexy and easy for anyone to learn!
